WEEKLY ENCOURAGEMENT

In our hurt, GOD is a very present help in a time of need. He loves us! There are times when the circumstances of life appear dim. Even in those times, the power of GOD gives restoration and wholeness to our body and soul as well as peace of mind. Repeat the following aloud after me: Thank you, Jesus you are close to, the brokenhearted and have saved those who are crushed in spirit” (Ps 34:18). I declare over my life God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever” (Ps 73:26). I believe God heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds” (Ps 147:3) placing me in a place of peace. Jesus is faithful to what He promised thru his death, burial and resurrection. Blessed are those who mourn, for they are comforted” (Mt 5:4). Thank you Jesus I cast all anxiety and hurts on you because you care for me 1 Pet 5:7. In the name of Jesus, I speak grace unto the hearer (Ephens 4:29). I mourn with those who mourn” (Rom 12:15), encouraging myself and others thru your word. I believe God loves me, He has rescued from the powers of darkness and translated me into the Kingdom of His dear Son (Colos1:13). Thank you Jesus I call on you. You answer and I am delivered from all trouble (Ps.34:19) Thank you, Father, with long life you satisfy me and show me your great salvation. (Ps. 91:1) Thank you Lord You are the good shepherd and I lack nothing (Ps.23:5) You lead me beside quiet waters and refresh my soul ( the following below are all under Pslam 91). You guide me along the right paths for your name sake. Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me. Your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You have prepared a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil, my cup overflows. Hey Daddy Girl's, I pray your week is off to a great start! And what better way than to add on to it with Faith Confessions; choosing to agree with God about something good he has said and done for you. What are fiery dots ? Worries, cares, of the world we take on, any kind of trouble or oppostion that contradicts God's word. Trying to set up doubt or unbelief in our heart. ❤️ Ephesains 6: 16 says, Above all taking the shield of faith. Wherewith we are able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one brings against us. Paul said, above all else use your faith, the Word God, as a shield to protect you and fight back to put out the fiery darts. The Word is the only thing that can quench the firey darts that are coming after your faith. Stand strong in what God promised! Following are Words of Affirmation/Confession of faith to help connect your heart to what God promised: Speak them out loud that you hear yourself! Thank you father according to - Matthew 21:22 - whatever I ask in prayer, I believe I receive by faith. Thank you Lord according to - Luke 1:37 - For nothing is impossible with my God. I believe in what he promised. I decare according to - 2 Corinthians 5:7 - For I walk by faith, and not by sight. Thank you Lord according to Romans 10:17 - faith comes by hearing, and hearing through the word of God! Therefore, I hear and do the Word. Thank you father for your promise according to Hebrews 11:1 - Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Therefore, I have what God promise me my proof is your Word. I declare according to Hebrews 11:6 - I believe without faith it is impossible to please God. For whoever draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him. According to Matthew 6:33 - I seek first the kingdom of God and all these things are added to me. I believe according to Ephesians 2: 8-9 - For by grace I have been saved through faith. And this is not my own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. Therefore, I rely on the grace of God. I declare according to Proverbs 3: 5-6 - I Trust in the Lord with all my heart, and lean not unto my own understanding. In all my ways I acknowledge you Lord, and you direct my path. Hey Daddy Girl's, The WORD of God does not fluctuate; it's not working today and then all of a sudden not working tomorrow. We may go back and forrth in our belief based on the things we allow to dominate our thinking. God's Word is the incorruptible seed 1 Peter1:23 . It can't be changed, altered, or removed. It stands forever. As believer's, we build our lives on God's foundational truth - His Word. In Matthew 7:24, Jesus said, Who ever listens to my teachings and follows is wise, like a person who built their house on solid rock. However, He also said the person who hears his teaching and doesn't obey is foolish, like a person who builds on sinking sand. No one would intentionally build their house to sink. It is very important to evaluate our lives to determine if we're building and living our lives on the Rock (Jesus), or sinking sand. Amen! Below are faith confessions to encourage you to build your life on God's Word! Thank you Lord You have bless me abundantly, so that in all things at all times I have all that I need. Thank you father - I abound in every good work. 2 Corn 9:8 I believe God has given me His divine power and everything I need for a godly life, through the knowledge of Him who called us. By His own glory and goodness. 2 Peter 1:3 Thank you Father you keep my life free from the love of money. I declare I am content with what I have because you never leave nor forsake me. You have provided for me! Hebrew 13:5 Thank you Jesus - I have life and life more abundanty. Hey Daddy Girls, Rememeber, we are Daddy Girls, being encouraged through God's word to see God as our father! We have been confessioning God's love over our life. You are loved by God and there is nothing that can ever separate us from His love. Romans 8:35-39. Below are faith confessions based on the love God has for us. Thank you Father - You love me - I’m the Apple of your eye - you hide me under the shadows of your wings. Psalms 17:8. In the name of Jesus - I thank you Father- You first loved me- therefore I show the same love to others- I am willing, capable and equipped - through your grace. 1John 4:19. I declare over my life- God loves me - and His love for me - will not fail me! His strength His power- is the same- yesterday , today, and forever! 1Corinthians 13:8. Thank you Lord - You love me - with an everlasting love - that last forever - has no end- endures, unwavering- and full of kindness Jeremiah 31:3. Thank you Jesus - I am convinced - that neither death or life - present or future - nothing in creation - can separate us from the love of God! Romans 8:38-39 I Declare - Over my life I’m stress free, anxiety free, worry free, because of God’s great love for me. His mercy are new everyday toward me praise God! Limitations 3:22-23. Thank you father - You love us so much you gave us Jesus. To live our life through, therefore we experience victory in every area. I declare - I rest in God’s love for me. I believe I am enough, valued, significant, beautiful, successful and wise. I am accept in the beloved. Ephesians 1:6 In the name of Jesus - God has given me beauty for ashes. I have joy that has covered sadness, the garment of praise that has taken away heaviness, because of God’s love for me! Isaiah, 61:1-3. I declare - I have God’s understanding of His love for me- how wide, how long, how high, how deep - growing in His unconditional love daily. In the name of Jesus - I am made complete in all the fullness of the life and power that comes from agape love. I the name of Jesus - God thoughts for me are more than the gains of sand, His thoughts toward me are good not of evil! I declare- Over my life father thank you You are full of compassion towards me gracious, long suffering - plenteous in mercy and truth! Thank you father - for dying for us when we were yet sinners, your love for us brought us into sons and daughters through your Grace. Hey Daddy Girls. Your future is not based on your past, but by how you choose to finish. Jeremiah 29:11- For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not disaster, to give you a future and a hope. You have the faith to see beyond your current situation and into your future. No different when Elisha had an army of bad guys surrounding him. His servant rushed in panicking. Elisha said, “Lord open his eyes so he may see. There is more with us than there is with them 2Kings 6:17-20. His servant's eyes were opened and he saw their help; they were surrounded by an army of angels. You have more working for you than what appears to the eye, but it requires faith to see what is promised to you. In Isaiah 11:3 - It says, Jesus delighted in the fear of the LORD, and He will not judge by what His eyes see, nor make decisions by what His ears hear. Wow! Jesus did not make hasty decisions based on what He saw and heard, but rather based soley on the Word of God. Jesus had the right mindset, the right mindset sees things how God sees them even when they don’t look so good. I encourage you to align your thinking with God's promises by studing the word of God. Hey Daddy Girls, God loves you, and there's nothing you can do about it! That's great news! Because even on our worst days, God's love isn't flakey. His love always remains the same. His mercy is brand new everyday. Lamentations 3:23-24 (MSG) says, "God's loyal love couldn't have run out, his merciful love couldn't have dried up. They are created new every morning.How great your faithfulness!" Now that's the type of love I'm sticking with! Will you stick it out with God? Every morning is a new opportunity to start fresh with God's love, mercy, and grace. We get to set the course of our day by choosing to open our mouths and declaring that this is the day the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it. You're saying it by faith regardless of how you feel, or how things look. This positions your heart to receive from God. Revelation 12:11 says, “They overcame him by the blood of the lamb and the word of their testimony, and they loved their lives not unto the death.” Meaning, they chose not to shrink back to defeat, but to press forward and overcome by agreeing with God. "God wants us to think about what we are thinking about." It's important to take inventory of your thoughts and ask yourself if they align with the truth about God's perception of you. Are you allowing negative throughts to run rampants in your mind? Remember, every throught has a life or death component attached to it and it can either lead you towards positvity or negativity. For example: You hear thoughts like … “Nobody loves me. I’m not enough. Nothing good ever happens to me. Life is hard., etc.” But,God sees the best in you always! Here are four things to put to practice in your life today that will change the course of your life: Romans 12: 2 Be transformed by renewing our minds – exchanging your thinking to God’s thinking. (spending time in the word causes you to think differently). Philippians 2:5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus – choose the mind of Christ. ( By agreeing with God about you and your situation). 2 Corinthians 10:5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalt itself against the knowledge of God and bring it into captivity to the obedient of God. – That means we have a chance to do something about negative thoughts.( open your mouth and speak God's word over the negative thoughts). Romans 3:4 Let God be true and every man a liar. – Stick to the truth of God’s word no matter what (This is called walking by faith and not by sight). Hey Daddy Girls, Have you heard! You are more than conquerors. If you see yourself as a conqueror, you'll never see yourself any other way. So, how do you find the courage to face a world full of uncertainties? By looking at the ONE who has already conquered this world - JESUS!!!!!! Paul asked the question in Romans 8:31 as if we should know the answer to it already - "If God is for you,( Your name here) then who can be against you?" There is no one more powerful or stronger than GOD! Facing life troubles is an obvious reality. However, since God is on our side, we have nothing to fear. Some of you may be saying. Theresa, if you only knew what I'm going through financially, psychically mentally, or emotionally! - Trust me I'm very familiar. Romans 8:23 tells us, God causes everything to work together for good for those who love God and are called according to his purpose. "Yes, God has a purpose for you." We may not feel like fighting when trouble arises, but pushing past that feeling and doing it anyway is the good fight of faith. It’s called, perseverance! This is where we refuse to allow what we feel to determine if we continue to fight or throw in the towel. When Jesus said let us go to the other side in (Mark 4:35-40)- There was a storm, the boat was filled with water, the winds were fierce and things were not working in their favor, but this did not change their destiny that Jesus spoke in the very beginning when he said “Let us go to the other side”. When we make a decision to purse our goals, oppostion will arise. However, we must not give up and keep pushing forward. The guarantee that Jesus made to us was that we will reach the other side if we don't give up. Choose to consistently apply God's truth, never allowing quitting to be an option. Hey Daddy Girls, The mind of a winner views life from a place of victory. And that is not based on what you're currently experiencing. When David was in trouble he said, “I shall see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living Psalm 27:13.” He was not going to let what he was facing discourage him. It was a cry for help, that his God was faithful even while his circumstances look unfavorable. Sometimes when life is challenging and hard, and those challenges stick around for a while - we start to think our life just won't get better. As if, this is as good as it gets. But our God has new beginnings for all who can trust him beyond where you are right now. What God is offering is full restoration! You're going to receive back more than you lost!! Isaiah 61:7 is a great reminder- Your shame and disgrace are ended. You will live in your own land, and your wealth will be doubled; Your joy will last forever. God has given you double for your trouble. Dare not to conform to a second class life as if you deserve it. Don’t let your mind tell you that your problem is so in a rut, and you’re so deeply in it, that the Word of God can’t pull you out. A poor mindset is far more damaging than being poor in pocket or a bank account. When Byron and I didn't have any money in our bank account, the promise of God's Word kept us afloat. Jesus said let this mind be in you in Philippians 2:5. We must choose to think right on purpose. Ladies the right mindset says, I’m going to look ahead and trust God for his goodness. I’m not going to quit or give up on myself. By the grace of God, I’m going to live out the life Jesus died to give me. You can do this! Agreeing with God = Right Thinking - You're more than a conquer! - You can do all that God called you to do! - You are bold as a lion! - You were created for greatness! - Your life is redeemed from destruction. - Every word from above is true about you! Hey Daddy Girls, When we think about rest, It's like coming home from a long day, kicking off those shoes, flopping down in your big comfy chair and exhaling. Well, we are to do the same when it comes to resting in GOD -- exhale! Casting away whatever weighs you down to Him. 1 Peter 5: 7 Says - Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you. It can be exhausting carrying the same old concerns day after day; past due bills, trouble on the job, troubled relationships, children acting up, etc. I'm not implying that those things are unimportant however, worring and carrying burdens robs us our peace. We are responsible for protecting our peace. The only way we can experience peace is to rest in God. Living our lives through Him. In John 14:27, Jesus said my peace I give not as the word giveth, but my peace. Let not your heart be trouble or afraid. We're the guardain of our heart. Protect it! Hey Daddy Girls, We know every promise was fulfilled through Christ death, burial and resurrection. Did you also know that you possess the same power within you. Ephesians 2:9 says - God saved us by his grace when we believed. And we can't take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Salvation is not a reward for the good things we’ve done, so none of us can boast about it. It's nothing we've done, but all what Jesus has done. The point I want to make is that you received salvation simply by believing. It's the same way to receive everything else that came with salvation. Simply believe. It says in Isaiah 53:5 -Jesus was wounded for our transgressions, He was abused for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we were healed. The healing process has already been complleted in the past - Already done. Our prayer should never be "Lord, will you heal me?" or "Can you heal me?" Because the scriptures states we were healed, indicating that the matter has already been resolved. Believe it, receive it, speak It. Confess healing and health over your body today! Repeat this after me. I possess divine health from head to toe. In the name of Jesus. My body functions the way it was created to function, all the days of my life! I declare, according to Genesis 6:3, God has blessed us with long life of 120yrs. In the name of Jesus. In the name of Jesus, according to Psalm 91:16, God has satisfied me with long life. I declare, healing over my body. God's Word is sweet to my soul and brings healing to my bones. Proverbs 16:34 Thank you Jesus, You carried my sickness and pain. Therfore I don't have to; I give no place to sickness or pain. I am the healed. 1Peter2:24 I declare, I have overcome the world by the blood of the lamb and the Word of my testimony. Hey Daddy Girls, Set, your expectations of something good happening in your day today. Expect good and look out for it. Expect increase, promotion, favor, expect the goodness of God to follow you in all you do! Release your faith in the promises Christ has already given you! In Confession our faith, we simply agree with God. God says we were healed, and we agree by confession healing over our life. God says he has made provision, and despite what we may see, we should agree with God that provision has been made for us. By speaking His promise over our life, we can have what he says we have, be who He says we are and accomplish what He says we can through Christ. That is fantastic news! Words are containers. Will you fill them with words that create life or death? God says to choose life so that you and your children may live in Deuteronomy 30:19. Peace is already in you. Philp 4:6 reminds us - Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God's peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your heart and mind as you live in Christ Jesus. Notice - This promise explains how to experience the peace within you. Give your worries to God through prayer and thank Him for what he has already done. This will unlock the peace in you when you put your trust in God. Protecting your heart and mind as you live through Christ. His peace can only protect us as we live our life through him. Release God's Peace over your life. I declare over my life, I have the peace of God which surpasses all my understanding in my body, my mind and my soul. God's peace guards my heart and mind through Christ Jesus. In Jesus name! ( Philppians 4:7 ) In the name of Jesus, Jesus is the prince of peace and I rest in that same peace! Hey Daddy Girls, Reflecting back, it's easy to let the negativity of the world infiltrate our minds. 2 Corinthians 4:4 says - The eyes of those who do not believe are made blinded by Satan who is the god of this world. He does not want the light of the Good News to shine in their hearts. Meaning, we've believed the lies of satan for so long our minds won't let our heart receive the Good News Jesus offers. Think about it this way. If you spend the day thinking negatively, it becomes impossible to have a peaceful day or receive anything good. It's important to be intentional about our thoughts and consider what we are thinking. Once a thought enters your mind, measure it against God's Word. If it does not align with the Word, don't give it permission to land. CAST IT DOWN! Philippians 4:8 says, Paul said, "Think on whatever things are true, whatsoever things, are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely and of a good report, virtue and praise think on these things." Keeping this mindset leads to a life of faith, hope, peace, and joy, ultimately resulting in victory. Remember, it's easier to cast the thoughts down as many times as you need and speak the Word, than to dig yourself out of a pit where you've allowed the lies of satan to take you. Hey Daddy Girls, God desires to assist us in achieving balance. Jesus can lead the way. But, it all starts with prioritizing our day. With the things we got to do, the things we need to do and the things we want to do. My time with God falls into the top of my day. This is how I keep my mind sane and in a peaceful place. Before facing everything that comes after in my day. God promise us He will keep us in perfect peace, those who mind remain stable on Him (Isaiah 26:3). I am a results-driven person, but I understand the importance of balance in achieving success and avoid burnout. Most of you know I enjoy working out. It’s not just physical health up keep, but also a mental one. Exercising is … my time! It is me giving of myself, to myself. That’s non-negotiable! If your heart is screaming “No” when asked to do something and you know one more thing will push you over the edge. Just say No! The person asking won’t be happy of course, but neither will you if you say yes, when you really mean no. Jesus told us to consider the cost. As women, we often find ourselves being pulled in many different directions. However, it's important for us to priortize and manage our time effectively, because if we don't someone else will do it for us. Maintaining balance is crucial for a healthy mind, soul and body. In 3 John 1:2- God says beloved, I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, as it goes well with your soul. God is showing us here how one doesn’t work without the balance needed to support the other. If we are out of balance and do not take action to restore it, eventually it will catch up with us. We must remember that we reap what we sow, and we cannot live our lives on the edge and expect to have peace. Simlilary, we cannot keep up with the overwhelming demands of modern-day culture without finding a sense of balance. Our solution to finding the balance is to trust God. He is the answer to it all. Get Him involved in the top of your day, throughout your day, and at the very end of your day. Stay focused long enough to see things through one day at a time. Pray this, “Lord thank you for the balance you have created for my life. Holy Spirt help me to walk in that balance daily, that I’m growing spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. Father I trust you. I believe you are my strong tower and I look to you from which my help comes from.” In Jesus Name. Love you ladies #GSHM

Hey Daddy Girls, Here's a reminder whatever you're currently facing you're not alone! God has kept you before and will see you through this as well. Isaiah 41:10 - Say don't be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. Let's shout for joy and celebrate our VICTORY in Christ! Romans8:37 says, “Yet in all these we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us”. This means in the midst of circumstances or trouble, when those who believe are under attack … Jesus has given us victory that overcomes the world. The key is believing! Hebrew 4:11 says, Let us labor therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall into the same example as unbelief. That means "rest" is available. However, you're going to have to labor to enter it by positioning your mind to rest. Keeping your mind planted in what God said by speaking it. That's exactly how Jesus did it! Be convinced of everything that Jesus has done. His sufficiency is enough, and we don’t have to add anything to it other than our belief. In Numbers 1:1-10 The children of Israel talked themselves into unbelief with all their complaining and fear of "what IFs". Because they had no faith and trust in what God said to them; they died in the wilderness, never experiencing all that belonged to them. Be brave and take possession and enter His REST by FAITH. Speak this when you feel - uncertainty or doubtful. "God is my salvation; I will trust and won't be afraid." I will put my confidence in God alone, as He is my refuge and strength. I will trust in the Lord and acknowledging Him; He is directing my path. Christ remains the same yesterday, today and forever; as such, so do I in my faith in Him. In Jesus Name! Hey Daddy Girls, As I reflect on how I used to speak, It had everything to do with my thought process. Changing your words will transform your life! How we think about ourselves, our situations, circumstances etc., will set the tone for how we speak. We must shift our thinking, to right thinking that comes from the Word. Because right thinking encourages and emables us. It says I'm able because God is able. As wrong thinking says I think I can't so I won't. Romans 8:6 says, "A mind governed by the flesh is death, that's the mindset that says quit, give up, it's to hard, but a mind governed by the spirit is life and peace." The God mindset says there is nothing you can't do! There is more working for you than against you - you are more than a conquer! faith comes by hearing, hearing by the Word of God Romans 10:17 Hearing faith over and over again building, you up inside out to believe and receive what God says about the life you now possess. Speak this over your life! - In the name of Jesus I cast down imaginations, and every high thing that exalts itselfs against the knowledge of God, and bring into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. - Therefore, I think on those things that are noble, true, just, pure, lovely of a good report that have vature of all things praise worthy in Jesus name! - In the name of Jesus! I think how God thinks about me. I Iove me, I'm wanted, accepted, appreciated, valued and enough in the beloved. - I believe, therefore I speak! In aligment, in agreement, in cooperation with what the word of God says. In the name of Jesus! - I declare over my life - I think sober minded at all times. I'm wise, focused, vigilant and have the God kind of thinking. Therefore, I experience His peace, protection, and total prosperity in every area of my life. In the name of Jesus. Hey Daddy Girls, Embrace your alluring beauty! You are God's "Masterpiece" He has created you in such a way that you stand out in your own uniqueness. There is no one else like you. Your are authentic. Therefore, you don't have to wish you were more like someone else or had their personality, figure, success, creativity etc. I'm sure at some point we all have said, without thinking, "I wish I had her life". Comparison steals our joy and diminishes our value. Think about it this way, you're a gift chosen by God. Your uniqueness can't be measured! It says in Ephesians 4:24, For God has recreated you all over again in His perfect righteousness, and you now belong to Him in the realm of true holiness. He has given us a fresh start. Hey Daddy Girls, Don't Stress Out! Rely heavily on God and trust Him. Romans 12:3 says, God has given us all the same measure of faith to live our best life, When we fail to live by faith as God has called us to, trouble can pull us in many direcrtions, leaving us stressed. Living out our faith daily is just as important as relying on it in times of trouble. Meaning resting in the promises. Hebrew 4:3 says - Now we who have believed enter that rest just as God has said. We cannot enter into this rest without believing. Our greatest level of faith is when we rest. Meaning, we refuse to worry, stress and carry the cares of life. You're taking God at his Word! Think about a tree planted on the riverbank. Its roots go down deeply, making that tree strong and stable. It's capable of withstanding anything. Why? Because it's getting a constant supply of what's needed - water!! We become strong when we're planted and deeply rooted nourishing in the WORD! The believer's position should be Unmovable! Trusting God regardless of what is trying to pull us out of our faith ..... Blessed is the one who trusts in the LORD whose confidence is in Him. I understand life gets challenging and can be tough, and in those moments one of the two will happen - either you will shrink back and give up during the challenges or you will rise above them with your God given authority. I BELIEVE you will rise above it. So, don't try to figure it all out on your own. Hey Daddy Girls, The seal of approval has already been stamped on you through Christ! You are accepted and branded for life! You are loved, wanted, forgiven, whole, powerful, accepted and free. When Samuel told Saul in 1 Samuel 15:17, “Although you may think little of yourself, are you not the King I have anointed?” God reminded Saul of who he was. How Saul saw himself had nothing to do with how God saw him. Where did Saul's negative self-image originate from? It resulted from other people telling him everything he was not. How many of us allow opinions of others, or the shame of something we've done wrong, to influence how we perceive ourselves? Jesus tells us he came to set the captive free (Luke 4:18). Don't let what other people say about you hold you hostage and keep you bound. When Jesus clearly has set you free! Personally, growing up with my dark complexion, I was teased a lot. The image that was built in my mind kept me bonded and caused me to lack confidence for years. I was unaware of God's thoughts. How wonderful, beautiful and whole I am. We are wonderfully made! “Psalm 139:13-14, We are all fearfully and wonderfully made in His image and likeness.” This is the image God desires for us to take on. Love yourself and don’t allow anyone to tare your beauty and worth apart. We can never live beyond what we believe about ourselves. Whatever you think you’re not, Christ has already filled the gap! Speak this over your life! I'm created in the image of God. Taking on His identity of who I am. I'm loved by God, enough, accepted, whole, significant in Christ. Hey Daddy Girls, In Psalm 34:17-18, David makes an audacious cry of deep distress. He was seeking refuge, hiding from those who pursued him, but his unwavering faith enabled him to persevere. He writes, ‘The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from their troubles. The Lord is close to the broken-hearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.’ At some point in our lives, we will all experience hurt, whether intentionally or unintentionally. It’s reassuring to know that we don't have to go through it alone. God is always with us to provide comfort. Not only will he heal our wounds, he’s given our strength to move forward. Putting Jesus first and filtering our emotions through the Word will guide our decision-making process. Psalm 147:3 says GOD heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. The good news is no matter the source of our heartbreak, God can repair our wounds! If you are experiencing any hurt or discomfort, pray this prayer. Father, it says in 3 John 2, ‘Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth’. Therefore, thank you Father my heart is healed from all hurt. Create a habit of releasing your faith by speaking God's Word. Proverbs 23:7 - For as he thinketh within himself, so is he. I have the mindset of a winner! Hey Daddy's Girls, I'm headed to the gym and want to encourage you to follow your daily routine and good habits. Consistency is key to seeing the results you desire. Exercise doesn't just change your body, but also your mind, attitude, and energy. Expectations can have positive or negative effects. Set them high and believe in yourself! Expect to be a person of good habits and self-discipline. And these same behaviors will spill over into other areas of your life. Many years ago, I was at the mall with my niece and as we were walking past a window, I caught a glimpse of my reflection. I did a double take and thought to myself, "Wow, is that really how I look?" At the time, I was overweight, but in my mind, I saw something entirely different. I began my fitness journey by simply taking walks. I didn't immediately join a gym or overthink the process. I just started walking and continued doing so every day. Eventually, I joined a gym and incorporated resistance training into my routine. The key takeaway here is that the process takes time and requires consistency. To maintain my focus and discipline, I anchored myself in my faith by confessing God’s Word over my body. You'll start to believe what you say, and your body will respond. God's word brings focus and discipline; motivation alone is insufficient. Hebrews 12:11 No discipline is enjoyable while it is happening—it’s painful! But afterward, there will be a peaceful harvest of the right way of living for those who are trained in this way. Hi Daddy Girls, Only God can say something so simple and it explodes on the inside of you. He spoke this to me early morning (Like Never Before.) When he said this to me I got so excited, because it's not just for me but for you also. Say this with me. I'm going to spend time with God like never before. I'm going to speak His word over my life like never before. I'm growing like never before. I'm expecting good things in my day like never before. I'm experiencing God's blessing right now like never before. I'm in expectation of my raise, increase, and promotion like never before. My marriage and relationships are good, healthy, blessed like never before. My family and I have God's protection every day like never before. I'm going to love people like never before. I have good health in my body like never before. I give like never before and live a prosperous life like never before. Proverbs 18: 21 (AMP) - Death and life are in the power of tongue, And those who love it and indulge it will eat its fruit and bear the consequences of their words. The words we speak can give life to a person or a situation. But the opposite is also true, we can rip our life apart and prolong a situation with our words. Hey Daddy Girl's, I'm sure we all know the definition of insecurity. But just to bring focus to our encouragement, it means uncertainty, anxious about oneself and lack of confidence. So ideally, it's a feeling of inadequacy [not being good enough]. Insecurities have the ability to produce anxiety about our goals; relationships, career choices , how we handle certain situations etc. We all deal with insecurities from time to time. Some people of course more than others. And some live in them as a way of life. That's the danger! When you allow insecurities to drive your decisions, it's not only unhealthy for you, but also for those around you. Ladies, you are stronger than you think! God sees the best in you. He believes the best of you. So much, his Spirit lives on the inside of you. The Holy Spirit! Think about Gideon in Judges 6:12 -14 . He was from a small tribe and a poor family. He was the least of the least! So, how could God ever use him? But when God approached him He called him a "Mighty hero. The Lord is with you! Go in the strength you have." God sees things in us we cannot see (yet). Gideon experienced insecurities and hopelessness. He looked at his own weaknesses! BUT!! Despite his insecurities and fears, God chose him. He had a God given purpose. And so do you! I encourage you to put on your coat of confidence and never take it off again. You are never alone. Believe in yourself. God is with you. Christ is leading the way. God loves watching us live out what He promised. Kick those insecurities out the door and stand in God's confidence. Morning Daddy Girls, Many years ago before I knew the power in God’s Word I dealt with fear. On a level that it begin to open me up to anxiety. I was afraid to be alone, sleep in the dark, thoughts of intruders and other terrifying things. Even speaking publicly! The exact thing I’m doing today. I’d gotten to the point where I believed this is the way my life was going to be. I was exhausted and tormented for years. I was reading the Bible and came across the promise 2 Timothy 1:7, “God has not given us the spirit of fear but, of power love and a sound mind.” The Holy Spirit said say 2 Timothy 1:7 aloud every day. Now this was also the birth of faith confessions for me. I had no idea I was releasing my faith and changing my life through the power of God’s Word. I said this everyday - many times though out the day. Any time I felt scared or afraid I would speak it. In the beginning I was still fearful and full of anxiety, but that did not stop me from speaking 2Timothy 1:7. It’s never about how we feel. We don’t have to feel it to believe it ladies. Faith is not based on our feelings but our belief in what God promised. One day without even realizing when the transformation took place - I was sleeping in the dark, staying in the house alone etc. All the things I was so fearful of, God’s power in His Word changed my life. The chicken lady is long gone!!!! Praise God! I’m encouraging you to stand up to whatever fears that try to hold you back. Speak this promise aloud over your life. Morning Daddy Girls, As I was looking at the clock and pulling the covers over my head this cold morning, I was contemplating going to the gym. OR NOT! It's my weekly routine. Honestly, I was feeling very comfortable. Who wouldn't want to sleep in a little longer! Then immediately I jumped up, got dress and headed out the door. There have been plenty times I've had to stand up against comfort zones in different areas of my life. Ladies, we can't grow and evolve in comfort. It's a system that works based on "how you feel". How you feel determines if you do or don't, will or won't. Be determined to push pass your comfort to see something you've never seen before. To have something you've never had before! It's called ... Discipline! Paul said it best in Hebrew 12:11 - "For the moment all discipline seems painful rater than pleasant, but later it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have been train by it". Hey Daddy Girls! We are 15 days into the New Year! Many know I am a fan of faith confessions / affirmations. I personally say faith confession because I’m confessing my faith over my life. Releasing my faith of what I believe God has done for me. Let’s jump start our 2024 with a great confession of faith that will keep us moving forward in the right direction. You can speak this as much as you want. The key is speaking it aloud! This is not something you say in your mind. It is voice activated! The more you hear yourself speak it, the more you will believe it. Say this aloud! Thank you father for this fresh start into my New Year! Full of your love, grace, protection and provision. Thank you you are with me, never leaving me nor forsaking me. Therefore, there is nothing I cannot do. Greater is he that is in me than he that is in this world. I have your wisdom which has given me the advantage. Therefore, I know what to do and how to it! I am successful in all areas of my life. In Jesus name! I experience your peace that exceeds my understanding. It guards my heart and mind. I will give no place for worry, strife or fear. All my current and new relationships in 2024 are healthy.
