What we watch, listen to, read, speak, and the conversations we have all influence our hearts. That’s why guarding your heart matters—what you consistently entertain can shape your desires, your decisions, and the direction of your life.

As believers, we should be intentional about what we allow in. Everything that gets our attention isn’t meant to have access to our hearts. Set boundaries, keep your eyes on God, and pay attention to what may be pulling you away from His truth.

Being intentional helps protect us from unnecessary hurt and distractions while keeping our eyes on the Lord and what He has for us.
